### Lot Information

Lot 1

The scope of work is focused on Social Security Scotland's core benefit platform (SPM), it's operational monitoring and remediation in the following areas: - SPM Incident Management - SPM Defect Management - SPM Change Management - SPM Service Request Management - SPM Knowledge Management - Batch Incident Management - Batch Defect Management - Batch Change Management - Batch Service Request Management - Batch Knowledge Management. There is an option to extend the term of the contract for up to 36 months. The estimated cost of such extension has been factored into the contract value stated above.

Options: The Purchaser reserves the right, during the term of the Contract, to request additional services in accordance with the scope and provisions set out in the Contract. The scope of such services is limited to support and maintenance activities relating to the Core Benefit Platform (SPM). The published contract value includes an estimate of anticipated additional services, which are not guaranteed to be required, and is based on the Purchaser's expected business needs at the time of contract award. The Purchaser may also request further additional services throughout the contract term where business requirements change or evolve. As a result, the actual spend under the Contract may vary from the published contract value.
