## Summary

The Scottish Government has awarded a contract to Inspiring Scotland for the "DSF-Cashback for Communities Delivery Partner" project. This procurement falls under the services category and is aimed at fund management for Phase 7 of the Cashback for Communities programme. Located in the UKM region, specifically Glasgow, the contract period extends from 15th April 2026 to 30th September 2029, with the possibility of extensions. The procurement was carried out using an open procedure, and the contract status is now active following its signing on 20th April 2026. This initiative is aligned with youth and adult justice strategies, focusing on projects that support young people at risk, through various avenues like sport and family support.

This tender presents significant business opportunities, especially for organisations specialising in fund management and those focused on community and youth projects. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) stand to benefit, particularly those capable of providing compliance, performance management, and project evaluation services. The role also involves subcontracting opportunities, such as website management and external evaluation support, which may appeal to technology firms and evaluation experts. Engaging in this project can enhance a business's portfolio in public service delivery and community development, expanding their market reach and potentially leading to further government contracts.
