The successful fit-out contractor must propose and then lead a multidisciplinary design team who can provide the following activities, but not limited to (to read in conjunction with the full Scope of Services in the ITT): 1. Principal designer duties 2. Production design 3. Production management including budget and programme working with the project manager 4. Fabrication of exhibition structures 5. Scenic model making 6. Small scale mechanical & electromechanical interactives 7. Electrical design and install (specific to the exhibition units only, exhibition lighting by others) 8. Structural advice and implementation 9. Graphic production (design by others) 10. AV software design & development 11. AV hardware supply & commissioning 12. Main contractor duties 13. Site mobilisation 14. Installation of exhibition elements 15. Managing and mitigating health & safety including RAMS Not all scope has to be delivered in-house, but the successful contractor must be able to clearly demonstrate previous experience of successfully forming and managing a multidisciplinary design team to deliver successful projects of similar scale and nature.
