Note: The Contractor shall ensure that all personnel deployed in the delivery of the Services are suitably qualified, competent, and certified in accordance with the requirements set out in the Specification and relevant industry standards. Prior to commencement of the Contract, the Contractor shall submit curriculum vitae (CVs) for all relevant personnel (including supervisory, operational, and office-based staff) proposed for delivery of the Services, detailing their experience, skills, knowledge, qualifications, and accreditations. The Contractor shall maintain up-to-date records of all qualifications and certifications and shall ensure that any changes in personnel or their credentials are promptly updated and notified to the Authority. Such records shall be made available to the Authority upon request throughout the Contract Term."
