## Summary

Procurement for Housing Ltd (operating as PfH Scotland) is seeking to establish a Decarbonisation & Retrofit Framework aimed at supporting public bodies in their Net Zero objectives. The procurement, initiated by PfH Scotland, involves a multi-lot framework that offers various services, such as asset management, heating and renewable energy systems, and insulation works. The process is in the 'Tender' stage according to the most recent update, and the tender submission deadline has been extended to 5 pm on 27th July 2026. This procurement falls under the 'works' industry category and is applicable across the UK, specifically in the Scotland (UKM) region. The open procurement method signifies that businesses will submit their offers electronically.

This framework presents significant business opportunities, especially for companies involved in energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and related consultancy services. The comprehensive scope includes a range of services from retrofit consultancy to heat network installation, making it suitable for suppliers with varied expertise in these areas. Companies focused on innovation and future technologies related to decarbonisation are particularly well-positioned to leverage this tender, given the emphasis on emerging technologies and sustainable solutions. Furthermore, small to medium-sized enterprises with capabilities in providing high-quality, compliant services at competitive prices can benefit from this procurement as it encourages participation from diverse suppliers, thereby opening avenues for business growth within a substantial framework valued at approximately £300 million.
