Lot 1

The University requires efficient sourcing of IPR Services, assisting to deliver a high-quality IP portfolio while also maximising the return on investments in IPR. The University will use the IPR Services to assist them to: - Further enhance the quality of their marketable IP portfolio - Maximise the usage of their IPRs internationally - Utilise professional expertise to leverage their own knowledge & experience - Obtain a fair return to the University in return for making their IP available for license - Meet sponsor obligations & expectations regarding exploitation of sponsored research - Operate an IP quality management process. Please note, the contract value is estimated and spend shall be subject to fluctuation based on University of Strathclyde requirements. The University provides no guarantee of volume and value.
