This contract for Outreach Support is provided to individuals resident at the Ferniegair, Hamilton property. The provider will deliver a responsive service that will support homeless individuals to resolve their homelessness, aiming to prevent both repeat homelessness and / or homelessness occurring in the first place. The Council can make referrals to the property at any time during the day or night and, therefore, the provider must ensure that they can accept residents and provide a housing management service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All service users will have approached South Lanarkshire Council for homelessness assistance and will be roofless as the time of referral.
