## Summary

Dundee City Council, located in Dundee, is planning a procurement process for establishing a multi-lot framework agreement focusing on main contractor services. This initiative targets a range of construction and refurbishment works across the Council estate, encompassing both housing and non-housing projects. The procurement process, currently in the planning stage, falls under the works industry category and involves detailed assessments for multiple lots, including general building works and conservation specialist services. Future notices and further details are set to be released on 9 November 2026.

The tender presents significant opportunities for growth, particularly for contractors with expertise in construction, refurbishment, and conservation projects. Businesses with qualifications such as TrustMark accreditation or those capable of handling substantial building alterations and heritage preservation will find this framework attractive. The framework mandates that contractors demonstrate prior work of similar scale and adhere to statutory requirements, offering an avenue for businesses adept at managing diverse projects to engage with Dundee City Council’s expansive project portfolio.
