## Summary

The Common Services Agency, operating as Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), has announced the planning phase for a significant procurement opportunity titled "NP85727 Construction and Property Design and Related Services Consultants." This initiative aims to establish a national Framework Agreement on behalf of all NHS Scotland Health Boards, focusing on construction and property consultancy services. The procurement falls within the health industry category and will be based in Edinburgh, within the region of UKM. The current stage of this process is planning, with the communication of further notices expected by 23rd October 2026. The framework is designed to provide a harmonised route for consultancy services supporting NHS construction, property, and estates projects. The closing date for market engagement responses is 21st July 2026, aimed at refining the procurement strategy.

This tender presents a crucial opportunity for businesses in the construction and property consultancy sectors, particularly those specialising in architectural and design services, engineering, surveying, healthcare planning, and sustainability consultancy. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are strongly encouraged to participate, as the framework may include regional lotting to support local delivery. Businesses equipped to provide technical advisory services or engage in sizeable capital projects and maintenance can leverage this framework to significantly expand their operations within the public sector. Active participation in the Request for Information (RFI) process will provide valuable insights and help inform the lotting and structural approach, fostering innovation and sustainability within the sector.
