Properties are as per the attached Address List and Specification. The Association reserve the right to offer one-off installs at voids or properties requiring new Windows &/or Doors, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates and should be fast-tracked and installed within 10 days from survey. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 5 -10 properties per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract.. See ITT Options: As required Renewal: The Association have the option to extend for a further 3 x single 12-month periods at the Association discretion to have a phased approach to deliver each year's programme.
