The new business units and associated service area will form a key element of wider public realm enhancements being developed at Houston Court. This includes demolition of a long term vacant foodstore and the creation of a new 'green' link between the two Civic Squares within the town centre, providing for reconfigured parking and public spaces, planting and drainage.
