## Summary

Dundee City Council is planning a multi-disciplinary consultancy services framework to support various capital and revenue projects across the Council estate. The process, currently at the planning stage as of 7 July 2026, aims to establish a multi-lot framework agreement with specialists in diverse technical disciplines. This initiative will focus on the region of Dundee City, categorised under general public services. The intent is to appoint consultants to aid in project development, statutory compliance, design, and delivery via direct award or mini-competition. The future notice date is set for 16 November 2026, indicating further progression in the procurement timeline.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses with expertise in consultancy services related to architecture, construction, engineering, and environmental assessments. Companies proficient in feasibility studies, design, analysis, and advisory functions across these domains are well-suited to compete. The framework's lots cover essential services such as fire engineering, energy modelling, and ecological consultancy, thus providing a range of specialised roles for experienced firms. Engaging with this tender can stimulate business growth and strengthen professional networks within the public sector services landscape.
