Once the Submission Deadline for this PQQ has passed, the returns will be assessed against the Evaluation Criteria outlined under Section 1, item 9 of this PQQ. From this, notifications will be issued to all parties confirming if they have been successful in progressing to the shortlist of a minimum of 5 consultant teams. Following the standstill period an Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued directly to the shortlisted consultant teams.
