A report was commissioned in 2025 to inform the design of a cluster development function that meets the needs of Scotland's Life Sciences industry, with the aim of stimulating inclusive and sustainable growth of the sector in the coming years. Informed by this report, we will be procuring for a new Cluster Development Organisation to support the Life Sciences sector in Scotland.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
