                "description": "Fife Council is seeking to understand the market for modern Grounds Maintenance Solutions capable of supporting operational delivery, financial management, and performance monitoring. The existing system used within the Grounds Maintenance Service presents a number of challenges, including limited mobile functionality, reliance on manual processes, and constraints in reporting and system integration. The Grounds Maintenance Service has been using its current back-office system for a number of years to support key activities such as scheduling, asset management, and billing. The Council is therefore seeking input from suppliers to help inform its future requirements and shape a potential procurement approach.
