The consultant will use this, alongside the Project Manager, to track impact, progress and learning throughout the project's delivery period. The successful candidate should demonstrate previous experience in similar work. The Monitoring and Evaluation System will be submitted as part of a Delivery Phase application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, grants for heritage, in May 2027. This work is funded by the National Lottery through the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
