HIE expects the supplier to be able to offer these services across the whole of the Highlands and Islands as well as Edinburgh. The supplier will be expected to take this into account as part of their submission. It is expected that these services will be required from December 2026 for an initial period of 2 years, with HIE having the option to extend for two further periods of up to 1 year for each extension.
