The purpose of this service is to provide an accessible, impartial, quality outreach housing support service to support vulnerable people to increase control over their lives and assist them to gain the independent living skills required to sustain accommodation.. This lot covers the east of the Dumfries and Galloway region (Nithsdale and Annandale & Eskdale). It is anticipated that two providers will be awarded to this area.
