Through aggregation, Scotland Excel has secured a uniform commercial position for all participating members, delivering a significantly improved outcome compared to individual call-offs. This arrangement has been agreed with Professional Cost Management Group Limited (PCMG) following a framework-led assessment. Inverclyde Council has entered in to a call off contract under the GCA Debt Resolution Services 2 framework Lot 7 - Spend Analysis and Recovery Services (SARS) - Utilities Spend Recovery Review.
