The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to: - advise the market that the City of Edinburgh Council intend to tender a contract for the Provision of a Wellbeing Services for Black Minority Ethnic (BME) Women - to assess the current Service Provider market, by seeking notes of interest from suitably qualified organisations operating in the Edinburgh area, that have the expertise, capability and capacity to deliver the Service. Further details relating to the requirement are provided within the attached PIN Brief..
