This will be held on Friday 7th August 2026 meeting at Windhouse, south of Lumbister, Yell. The day will consist of an overview of the plans followed by a site visit to Lumbister Phases 3 and 4 where the works are to be undertaken. Numbers will be limited to one vehicle per bidder party due to access constraints. Booking for the Bidder Briefing Day is essential and should you require transportation to the site visit please also notify us in advance. Bidders should be prepared to walk around 5km over rough and uneven ground to the project area, and so you should be equipped with appropriate clothing. Should you be unable to attend the guided Bidder Briefing Day and wish to undertake a site visit in your own time please notify us of your intent in advance to agree a date/time and clear any access restrictions.
