This Contract is for the planning, management and delivery of the following at the Scottish Parliament building: - PPM - Reactive Maintenance - Asset management - Statutory compliance - Work Request, Minor Work, and Project Order development - On-call service The Contractor is required to provide the service through a full-time on-site team with sufficient management, supervision and skilled labour, supported by specialist Subcontractors where required.
