Annual Cleaning of Kitchen Extraction Systems 2026-2028 Cleaning of all kitchen extraction systems including filter cleaning, canopy hood cleaning, fan cleaning and cleaning of external duct work, cowls and or louvres. All works should be in accordance with standards set by BESA and ERC specification. It is anticipated that all work will be carried out during normal working hours. There are 46 properties which will require an annual clean of the kitchen canopies. Most of the properties have just 1nr kitchen canopy and a few with 2nr canopies. Thus, the contract includes circa 50nr kitchen canopy cleans at 46nr different addresses per annum.
