Only Trane UK Limited has the technical capability and legal right to fully service and maintain these systems in compliance with manufacturer specifications. In particular: - Only Trane engineers are factory trained and authorised to work on these systems; - Proprietary software and diagnostic protocols required for effective servicing and fault resolution are not available to non-OEM providers; - Trane holds exclusive access to genuine replacement parts and firmware updates; and - Maintenance by unauthorised third parties would invalidate existing warranties and may compromise system performance and compliance with relevant legislation, including F-Gas and health & safety requirements.",
