## Summary

Ardenglen Housing Association Ltd intends to procure insurance and risk-related services for its housing association operations in Glasgow. The requirement covers insurance cover, brokerage where applicable, professional advice, claims management and loss-control services. It is divided into nine areas: property, legal liability and other general non-life risks; cyber liability; terrorism through Pool Re; terrorism outside Pool Re; directors’ and officers’ liability; professional indemnity; crime and fidelity; alternative risk financing; and associated general insurance needs.
