The Framework will be established on an unranked multi-supplier basis and will be available for the award of call-off contracts through either mini-competition or direct award in accordance with the Framework Agreement terms ### Lot Information Lot 2 - Evaluation Services Lot 2 - Evaluation Services Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers to Lot 2 of a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Evaluation Services. Services may include, but are not limited to, process evaluation, impact evaluation and value-for-money evaluation of health and care interventions, programmes and services. Suppliers will be expected to apply proportionate qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method evaluation approaches, produce robust and accessible outputs, and support HIS in understanding the effectiveness, impact and value of health and care initiatives. Suppliers may propose to deliver one or more service types within this Lot.
