## Summary

Forth Green Freeport Operating Ltd is commissioning an industrial investment marketing strategy and supporting materials. The service covers a review of the Freeport’s existing marketing approach and materials, identification of gaps and opportunities, and practical improvements. The appointed organisation will create targeted marketing materials, investor messaging and visual assets for Forth Green Freeport and its partners to engage priority investors and occupiers. It will strengthen communication about sites, infrastructure, connectivity, sector opportunities and the wider investment proposition, using clear, high-quality and reusable materials. The work is intended to support a stronger pipeline of relevant investment enquiries about investment and land opportunities. Delivery covers the Forth Green Freeport area, including Edinburgh, Fife and Falkirk. This is a marketing and design services requirement, classified under CPV 79342000.

The procurement has reached tender: Forth Green Freeport Operating Ltd invited suppliers to submit offers through an open procedure, with electronic submission. The tender closing deadline was 9 September 2026 at 16:00 UTC. Electronic tenders were scheduled to be opened at 16:30 UTC on the same day, with evaluation beginning then. The estimated contract value is £80,000 including the single lot. The contract period is 1,080 days. Renewal is available, with an anticipated peak of activity during the first three to six months followed by lower-intensity ongoing support. Bids must remain valid for 90 days and be submitted in English. Variants are not allowed. Electronic payment is available and electronic invoicing is permitted. The procurement requires suppliers to provide staff names and qualifications.

This opportunity suits a marketing, communications or design organisation able to combine strategic thinking with practical production of investor-facing materials. Strong candidates will be able to review an existing brand and marketing approach, identify weaknesses and opportunities, and turn findings into usable improvements. They should be capable of developing clear messaging and visual assets for different audiences, including investors, occupiers and partner organisations, and of presenting complex information about sites, infrastructure, connectivity and sector opportunities in an accessible form. The requirement also favours suppliers able to produce polished materials that can be reused by the Freeport and its partners across investment engagement activity. A suitable team must be identified by name and supported by evidence of professional qualifications. The expected pattern of work suits a supplier that can provide intensive early input and continued lower-intensity support.
