The planned services would support secure, scalable and API-driven creation, management and reuse of content across websites, mobile experiences, conversational interfaces and future digital channels. The possible scope includes platform licensing, hosting, implementation, systems integration, content modelling and migration, user experience design, front-end development, training, support, knowledge transfer and ongoing service management.
