The project will require the successful tenderer to complete a range of survey, design and in-depth engagement work, including in-depth community, stakeholder and landowner engagement, topographic and utilities surveys, equality impact assessment (EqIA) and Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) to ensure route(s) identified have strong community, neighbour and landowner support and that the design drawings for the route(s) are robust, deliverable and of a high quality. These will all be subject to engagement with the community, businesses, landowners, neighbouring landowners, Argyll and Bute Council, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) and Transport Scotland.",
