The project will require the successful tenderer to complete a range of survey, design and in-depth engagement work, including in-depth community, stakeholder and landowner engagement, topographic and utilities surveys and equality and socio-economic impact assessment (EqSEIA) to ensure route(s) identified have strong community, neighbour and landowner support and that the design drawings for the route(s) are robust, deliverable and of a high quality. These will all be subject to engagement with the community, businesses, landowners, neighbouring landowners, Argyll and Bute Council, CALMAC/CMAL, HITRANS and Transport Scotland.",
