## Summary

Molendinar Park Housing Association Limited is seeking a contractor to clean external shared areas at around 87 occupied homes in Glasgow, in the G31, G40 and G45 areas. The regular work covers stairs and landings, close windows, bin stores, entrances, pathways and office or common-room windows; an annual deep clean of stairs and landings is an option. The contractor must provide cleaning materials, safe temporary access, communications and quality-control monitoring. The requirement also includes separately priced one-off or ad-hoc services: power washing, wheelie-bin cleaning, deck scrubbing, cleaning and disposal of bodily fluids, excrement or guano, floor and stair sealing, graffiti removal, sharps disposal, voids clearance and bulk uplift. Provide all necessary cleaning supplies, safe temporary access and all resultant communication/ quality control including monitoring forms, to occupied properties at Various Addresses, Glasgow G31, G40 & G45. There are also rated items for pricing one off or ad-hoc services comprising: Power washing; Wheelie bin cleaning; Deck scrub; Urine or excrement clean up/ disposal Blood or body fluid clean up/ disposal; Cleaning Guano; Sealing cleaned close floors/ stairs; Graffiti removal; Sharps/ needle sweep & disposal; Voids clearance; Bulk uplift and Temporary access.

Lot 1

The tender documents comprise the SPD document [minimum selection standards]; the Specification of Works [contract & tender pricing document]; and the [tender quality] Contractor Design Proposals/ Statement [CDP]. The tender evaluation will comprise the SPD, your quality score for your Contractor Design Proposals [CDP]; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted SPD will assess the selection criteria as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass by meeting the specified criteria. Only those contractors who achieve an SPD pass will have their tender quality and cost considered/ evaluated. The criteria for scoring will be to reach a total percentage score as follows: Quality- Contractor Design Proposals [CDP] scoring will be maximum 100 marks, submissions ranked in relation to the other candidates based on the Employer's stated aspirations/ requirements and the information provided by the candidate(s). The Contractor CDP scores will be converted to a percentage, prior to weighting. Price (tender)- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. The highest scoring candidate may be recommended for acceptance as the preferred contractor.. Candidates must refer to the Instructions to Tenderers and Project Criteria at pages 5-14 of the Specification of Works, which contains important information about the tender requirements and process.

Renewal: The initial contract period will be to 31st March 2028, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2032.
