## Summary

North Lanarkshire Council bought a package of insurance services covering its operations and related organisations in North Lanarkshire. The requirement was divided into separate policies: combined employers’, public, product and pollution liability, officials’ and professional indemnity; property, business interruption and money; fidelity guarantee; motor; engineering inspection; corporate and education travel; terrorism; computer; and contract works cover. Medical Malpractice, NLP LLP Professional Indemnity and NLP LLP Management Liability were unsuccessful. The contracts were signed on 30 September 2026 and are active.
