Dundee City Council is seeking one supplier to provide electricity and gas meter operator services, together with data collection and aggregation services, across its estate in Dundee. Electric Half Hourly Meters (Code of Practice 3, 5 and 10) Electric Non-Half Hourly Meters & Automated/Advanced Meter Reading devices (AMRs). Gas Meters and AMRs Data Collector and Data Aggregator (DCDA) services for Gas & Electricity meters. The appointed supplier shall provide MOP and DCDA services for all designated Meter Point Administration Number (MPANs) for both electric and gas supply points to include installation, maintenance and operation for each meter type i.e. Hourly Meters Non-half hourly Meters (NHH) and AMR (NHH AMR) Gas Supply Points Dundee City Council is seeking 90 - 95% AMR / Smart Meter Coverage across the portfolio, wherever technically and economically feasible. Appointed suppliers will be expected to support Dundee City Council in achieving these forecasted targets and this will form part of the contract management process.
