## Summary

Ochil View Housing Association Limited intends to commission an independent, evidence-based review of its Property Services Team. The work is to assess the team and identify the organisational structure, staffing capacity, skills and working arrangements needed to provide high-quality, efficient and responsive services over the next three to five years. Please note that this Prior Information Notice is issued for market engagement and expressions of interest only and does not constitute a call for competition.
