The Open Contracting Data Standard is a framework designed to increase transparency and access to public procurement data in the public sector. It is widely used by governments and organisations worldwide to report on procurement processes and contracts.
The OCID, or Open Contracting Identifier, is a key element of this standard. The OCID is a globally unique identifier for each contracting process. Each OCID is unique, which ensures that each contracting process can be distinctly and universally recognised. This means that all information related to a single contracting process, from the planning stage to tender and award, can be easily linked and traced using the OCID.
With D3 Tenders, you can search for contracts by OCID - and you can see all the published contracts at each stage of the procurement process.
Use Open Contracting Identifiers to track call-offs from Frameworks, DPS, and multi-award tenders.

Description: Provision of a fully managed IT Infrastructure Support and Help Desk service for Local Space. The scope of services encompasses day-to-day remote and on-site technical support for all organisational personnel and endpoints, network monitoring, routine patch management, data backup, and business continuity hosting. The agreement also encompasses dedicated cyber security management, compliance auditing, strategic advisory services for organisational growth, and technical implementation support for contractually mandated capital projects, including a planned corporate office relocation and security infrastructure upgrades.
Summary: This requirement demonstrates demand for an end-to-end managed IT services provider able to combine service-desk operations with infrastructure support, network monitoring, patching, backup and business-continuity hosting. A credible competitor would need to manage remote and on-site support for an organisation’s users and endpoints, while maintaining resilient live systems and protecting data integrity. Relevant capability also includes cyber-security management, identity-management integration, compliance auditing and strategic technology advice. Suppliers should be able to support technically complex change programmes, including office relocation and security-infrastructure upgrades, without disrupting core operations. The buyer’s direct-award rationale indicates that technical integration, continuity, service resilience and cyber-security risk management were decisive considerations. This is therefore most relevant to established managed service providers with broad in-house expertise, strong transition capability and experience supporting public-sector or similarly regulated organisations.
