Drawings provided include various Safe2Torch detailing, rooflight layouts, and tapered insulation plans. All operatives must hold a valid enhanced DBS check. Contractor must adhere to JCT 2024 Minor Works Building Contract terms. Deliverables Completion of roofing works as per specification. Provision of: Health and Safety documentation including Construction Phase Plan. Building Manual (hard copy and digital) prior to handover. As-built drawings, guarantees, warranties, and maintenance guides. Insurance and Safety Contractor must carry public liability insurance of at least £5 million. Works must comply with CDM Regulations, health and safety laws, and site-specific access and safety protocols. Airedale NHS Foundation Trust (AFT), Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTH), and optionally Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHT) (together, the Contracting Authorities (hereafter the CAs)) are issuing a joint invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with a competitive procurement of a digital-by-default patient experience portal (PEP) and hybrid mail solution. The CAs intend to procure a joint solution, led by BTH, but maintain individual instances for each individual contracting authority of both the PEP and hybrid mail. The CAs will also have separate contract managers. BTH and CHT’s current electronic patient record (EPR) is run by Oracle Corporation UK Ltd (formerly known as Cerner, hereafter referred to as Oracle), and it is anticipated AFT will join on the same domain in 2026. Any solution being proposed must be able to natively integrate with our EPR by 1st March 2026. The CAs are looking for partners to help drive a digital transformation in outpatient pathways. There is an expectation that the successful supplier(s) will provide ongoing support and in-line continual service improvement. West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) is seeking qualified suppliers for the provision of Water Rescue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), a repair and maintenance service and associated products such as water rescue poles, lifejackets and related equipment. Bradford Council are looking to commission suicide prevention training for all ages aimed at frontline staff that can be delivered within a half day. We are also looking to commission self-harm training for people that work with children and young people can be delivered within a half day. We are conducting market research and looking for quotes to see what is available in the market. We are open to innovation and modification to existing products to ensure our requirements are met.
