Bristol City Council wishes to under take a soft market exercise on Harbour Condition Surveys. BCC are planning condition surveys of assets within the Floating Harbour, Feeder Canal and River Avon. The surveys are required to assess the current condition of these assets and enable a condition rating, based on industry best practise to be established. Assets include retaining walls, dams, weirs, lock gates and swing bridges; the surveys will cover structural, mechanical and electrical elements. BCC would welcome perspective bidders comments to aid development of specification.
