Notice Description

The aim of the project is to undertake a "backward looking" socio-economic evaluation. The aim of this will be to collect and synthesise evidence in order to answer the following questions: I. Assess the Trust's performance of its obligations arising under the Grant Agreement and other founding documentation. ii. What public benefits have the Trust delivered? iii. Estimate the economic value of benefits iv. Identify a baseline and variation from the baseline The evaluation will focus on the period from creation of the Trust in 2012 up to the current period 2020/21. Tenderers should note The Authority will require ownership of all Resultant IPR from this project. This will be stated within the conditions of contract. Existing IPR will remain with its current owners. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities.
