The University of Leeds is seeking Expressions of Interest from architects together with a landscape architect for the design of a new statement building and surrounding landscape which will accommodate spaces for teaching and learning, collaborative and interdisciplinary working, personal development and challenge. The project will create a focal point for the University's Western Campus aiming to engender an entrepreneurial mindset and foster collaboration between students across the campus. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This Procurement is being conducted by RIBA on behalf of The University of Leeds.
