NHS Hull CCG - Out of Hospital Cardiology Services
Notice Description
Open procurement process for a single contractor to provide Out of Hospital Cardiology Services - a 'one stop' (same day) community cardiology service as part of a positive seamless pathway. The service will incorporate diagnostic testing and treatment during, where appropriate, a single visit. The service will have access to diagnostics and when necessary, consultant support and advice and guidance. The contract will be let for a period of five years, with an optional extension of 2 years. The highest cost and contract end date stated in this notice represents the maximum opportunity including the extension period. Potential Providers are also invited to an Information Event to be held on Friday 2 March 2018 - registration to which can be made on the nhssourcing e-procurement system by Wednesday 28 February 2018, following which confirmation of the event details will be provided. Additional information: Potential providers should login or register on www.nhssourcing.co.uk and access itt_4315 in "ITTs open to all suppliers" for further details regarding this opportunity. Responses must be fully completed and submitted exclusively via the NHS Sourcing e-procurement portal no later than 13:00 on 23 March 2018.
