The Individual Placement and Support Service (IPSS) offers citizens of Bristol who are using commissioned drug and alcohol services the opportunity to get into employment whilst supporting them through this process. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has funded PHE to support an expansion of the IPS employment support approach in areas participating in the ADDER and Place-based Accelerator programmes, with funding available to the end of March 2023 and a potential one year extension if the funding continues.
