Notice Description

Staffordshire County Council (the Council) has put in place a Light Touch Regime Dynamic Purchasing System (LTR DPS) arrangement for the provision of Supported Living Services for Individuals with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/ or Mental Health Conditions (aged 16+). Suppliers will also be expected to consider reasonable adjustments to also enable the needs of clients with Sensory Impairments, Physical Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury. The Council has received applications to join the DPS from Suppliers and has awarded successful Suppliers onto the DPS. The DPS arrangement will remain open up to 30 September 2021 with an option to extend for a further two years and the Council will continue to receive and consider applications to join the DPS until such closing date. Invitations to Tender for Call For Competition Contracts under the DPS commenced on 1st October 2019. This Contract Award Notice relates to Call For Competition Contracts which have been awarded under the DPS Agreement with effect from 1st April 2023 to 30th June 2023 (inclusive).
