Notice Description

Highways England requires specialist technical advisory services to assist Highways England realise circa PS592m in efficiencies. Realising the contribution to the efficiency KPI is the main objective for this task, this will be supported by the ongoing development of HEs efficiency manual. Following a sustained effort around identifying and realising efficiencies throughout our first Roads Period, this task will help bring energy and fresh perspectives to reinvigorate our teams and our efficiency programme.
