Notice Description
Tender for the Provision of Internal Improvement Works The Council has a requirement to establish an internal improvements project and to identify and appoint 1 suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a 4-year term service to supply the goods and services specified within the Requirement & Specification. The contract shall take effect on the commencement date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall expire at the end of the period as set out in the award letter. The contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2019 and will be for a period of 4 years until 31st March 2023.
