Erection of fencing &repairs to parapet wall - Hayes Civic Hall Car Park
Notice Description
All items of work contained within this Section shall be read in accordance with the relevant details contained within the Specifications, preliminaries, general information and the drawn information as detailed on the Tender Drawings along with all other information forming the Tender Documentation. The Contractor will be deemed to have visited the site to ascertain the means of access, storage, facility arrangements, position of buildings, obstructions, topography, etc., and any other matter relevant to the tender and/or construction process. He shall be fully responsible for taking all necessary measurements for ordering or any other purposes and for the accuracy of the finished works. The itemised Schedule of Works provides a list of composite items such as waste management, welfare/compound /or (where stated) an approximate indication of quantities where relevant. The quantity indicated is to assist the Contractor in their detailed pricing of the works and it is given as an approximate guide only. This Schedule must not be used for ordering purposes. Quantities may be used to determine a rate for the adjustment of work elements, either increasing or decreasing the work element where this is deemed necessary. The Contractor is responsible for including in their Tender submission any items shown on the Contract Drawings, mentioned in the specification or any other tender document and/or included in the employers requirements whether expressly shown, implied or not and needed for satisfactory completion of the works.
