T16/25_2017 Lord Ashcroft Building (Cambridge) Classroom Refurbishment - AWARD
Notice Description
Please find attached documents relating to the tender for T16/25_2017 Lord Ashcroft Building (Cambridge) Classroom Refurbishment. Along with the fulfilment of the above mentioned requirement, the successful supplier will be appointed as the Preferred Supplier of AV equipment, design, installation, and commissioning for Anglia Ruskin University for individual projects of a value in excess of PS75,000 ex VAT only for the duration of the 36 months with the option to extend for further 2x 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance. Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 10/03/2017. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20170209_Sign all forms_RETURN with submission.docx 20170209_LAB Classroom Install Tender Questions.docx 20170209_LAB AV_Pricing element.xlsx Site visits will take place on: Please see 1.19 Procurement Timetable of Tender Information document. Please note it is limited to 2 attendees per site and there is no parking available on any of the sites. Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time.
