The Authority utilised the SCAPE Build Environment Consultancy Services Framework to Direct Award to Perfect Circle for the provision of Electrical Site Surveys to identified MOD estate. SCAPE allows a Direct Award under their Framework which was competed under OJEU and compliant with PCR 2015 Regulations. The BECS Contract Award Notice reference number published in TED is 2016/S 213-389062
