NCC990 - HIrst Housing Masterplan & Options Study
Notice Description
Northumberland County Council ('NCC'), working in partnership with Advance Northumberland and Bernicia, wishes to commission an experienced consultancy team to undertake a comprehensive study examining options for the regeneration of the Hirst housing estate in the town of Ashington, and to develop a masterplan as the basis to attract investment and drive forward the future regeneration of the area. The budget for the delivery of all elements of this contract is up to PS120,000.00 excluding VAT. Proposals exceeding the maximum budget will not be considered.
