The Intelligence Management Service (IMS) has been live since August 2012. Other suppliers to the Authority provide the hosting and the back end database. Due to the expiry of existing contracts, the Authority is re-tendering the 2nd and 3rd line support and change/development elements of the services. The Authority requires the Supplier to maintain the front page of the website accessed by the public.
