Notice Description

The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the 01st of February 2024 'Commencement Date' and unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated shall terminate at 31st January 2026 'the end of the Term'. The Authority may extend up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier.
